Reviews from people like you, and what we would suggest
In short
Natural Probio customers come to homemade drinks for different reasons: first-timers worried about getting it wrong, households wanting something better than cans in the fridge, curious tasters who want to compare, and people who simply want a company that answers. This page groups real reviews by situation and suggests the product that fits each one. Natural Probio holds a 4.8 out of 5 rating on Trustpilot.
A review means most when it comes from someone in your shoes. So rather than one long list, we have sorted genuine reviews, left on Trustpilot or on our product pages, by the situation of the person who wrote them. Translations are marked, and any cut is shown with "[…]".
Have you never brewed anything before?
Most of our customers start here. Their usual fear is not knowing what they are doing; their usual verdict, a week later, is that it was simpler than expected, thanks to the leaflet and the guide.
"To be honest, I was a bit nervous at first, but the instructions are incredibly clear, thorough, and easy to follow (the included booklet is an amazing guide if you're a beginner like me!)."
Elisa, June 2026Trustpilot review"Activation was child's play. Lots of recipe ideas were sent along. Thanks!"
Stefan T., May 2026Trustpilot review, translated from GermanOur suggestion: the kombucha SCOBY on its own, and our beginner's guide so you know exactly what to expect in the first week.
Are you brewing for a busy household?
Households tell us the same story: a homemade drink finds its place in the fridge, everyone has a favourite flavour, and it becomes a habit rather than a project.
"Very good goods. I'm already setting up my 3rd kefir and I drink it every day."
Matthias L., August 2024Trustpilot review, translated from German"Very happy with my milk and water kefir pack, and they're glad to advise on any question. I recommend it to everyone."
Irene M., July 2026Trustpilot review, translated from SpanishOur suggestion: the kombucha and water kefir duo, so a fruity drink is ready every day while the kombucha brews through the week.
Do you want to taste everything?
Some customers start with one drink and add another a few weeks later. Others order several cultures at once so they can compare side by side.
"I ordered kombucha SCOBY and water kefir grains […]. Both grains and SCOBY are producing great drinks."
Juliette M., June 2026Trustpilot review"Great brand"
Michail P., July 2026Trustpilot reviewOur suggestion: the complete kit, with kombucha, water kefir and milk kefir, three guides and the best value in the range.
Do you care most about service?
A living culture deserves a bit of support. What comes up again and again in reviews is how quickly our team answers, before and after an order.
"We had a question about activating the kefir and got a helpful, courteous reply straight away."
Wibke S., October 2025Trustpilot review, translated from German"The explanations are clear and they even offer the option of personal support if any questions or problems come up."
Alex C., September 2026Trustpilot review, translated from SpanishOur commitment: a personal reply within 24 working hours, usually the same day, and a lifetime guarantee on your culture's activity. See our quality promise.
Do you want things to arrive quickly?
Many reviewers mention how fast their parcel came. Orders leave within 24 to 48 working hours with tracking, and the delivery time to your UK address is shown at checkout.
"Fast shipping. The product is superb."
Elli S., August 2025Trustpilot review"Fast dispatch and start-up. The grains are good quality […]. The drink we get is very pleasant and thirst-quenching."
